Edits are Coming...

My edits are coming my way this month from Ellora's Cave. GULP. I'm excited and just a twinge apprehensive. I wonder how any things I can back out of by using my soon-to-be all-consuming edits. Just off the top of my head, how about these:

• I really wish I could help you with your project, but I have edits.
• I meant to wash that load of clothes, but those edits really took a lot out of me.
• Was I suppose to take the dog to the vet? Oh man, those edits don't leave a lot of time to do much else. 
• Dinner? Are you really hungry? We could stand to skip a meal.

LOL.  Now, where'd I see the discount for housecleaning?  I have a feeling I'll need it.
